Check out the quirky metal statues at the entrance - they're wearing sombreros and playing the trumpet and guitar! The menu has a good variety, and we enjoyed the enchiladas and beef chili rellenos with flavorful sauces. Don't forget to ask for chips, and be prepared for the hot salsa - it's not for the faint-hearted! If you find yourself in the middle of nowhere, like on your way to Carhenge, this place is worth a stop.
