After reviewing the feedback, it is clear that the team that served on Thursday 11-9-23 exceeded expectations and displayed exceptional customer service skills, especially when handling a large group of teenagers late at night. The staff, particularly Tamisha, demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, making the dining experience enjoyable. The sandwiches at this establishment are delicious, with the burgers standing out as a highlight, showcasing wonderful flavors and consistency. While there is room for improvement in customer interactions, the overall service was satisfactory, and I had a fantastic first experience at this location.
