My husband and I and another couple went to Terry's on Saturday night. The town is small but the food is wonderful!! Typical small town feeling. The wait staff was so friendly and VERY prompt. There was a large party that night and we got the last table. Figured we'd be waiting all night, not so. We went to the salad bar...WOW!! What a selection and everything I had including the homemade bread was so good I wanted more. I waited for my dinner though and was glad as it was yummy. We all tried the Flaming Fried Potatoes which should have given me the hint...they were your typical sliced fried potato with green pepper and onion, but had some HOT seasoning on them!! WOW, my mouth was on fire. Not a fan of spicy so next time will stick with my usual baked potato. Hubby and I had prime rib, next time we will order rare. Mine was fine but hubby's was just a bit past med. rare as we'd ordered. I saved a little room to go back and tried out the home baked desserts...chocolate zucchini cake, bread pudding and an apple cobbler. All were good, specially the bread pudding. We will be going back again, and I've recommended it to my friends.
