Bad food small menu not the same!!! Potato casserole I make better at home now was really good and no corn bread like I said what happened to menu

My husband and I checked into the Cracker Barrel in Omaha at 1:21pm. My text message said there would be about a 20 min wait. After 25 min, my husband asked if I could have a chair, since having 3 back surgeries, standing is an issue. The "host" said we could go and sitin our car, and would receive a text. Well, since 25 min had passed, over our approx.20 min wait, that wasnt likely going to happen. Host went and got me a chair, and said hed put it by the door...well, there goes a big fat F for customer service, in my eyes...as I told a lady, who was working the gift store area, that when their customer service improved with disabled, I might be back.
