Years ago, I discovered Erick's Enchiladas at a Lincoln food market where I tried their beef enchiladas. Recently, I revisited their location in Omaha on South 13th Street and purchased a variety of items including cheese enchiladas, pork tamales, salsas, pico de gallo, and corn chips. Upon tasting the enchiladas and other offerings at home, I found them to be delicious and of high quality. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend giving Erick's Enchiladas a try for a fantastic dining experience.
