I tried Tostilocos at Helados Santa Fe and the first time, they were missing sauce and limón, which I only noticed when I got home. The next day, I gave them another chance and this time they were full of flavor and even had a piece of limón. The ice cream was delicious, but the inconsistency in service made me hesitate to give them a top rating.
