I revisited one of my favorite spots from my undergrad days and was thrilled to be back! The pho and summer rolls at this place are absolutely delicious - they always hit the spot for me and leave me feeling satisfied. Located in the heart of DC's Chinatown, Pho 88 is a cozy little shop with consistently great service, a reasonably priced menu, and some of the best pho in the city.
