The variety of savory and sweet kolaches here blew me away, especially the Merica kolache with sausage, eggs, gravy, and hash browns-a combination I hadn't seen elsewhere. The staff's friendliness, fair prices, and delicious cold brew make it an ideal choice for breakfast or lunch, and I'm already looking forward to trying more flavors like the jalapeño poppers and Philly cheesesteak.
