With an avalanche of ice cream options on the island, Scoops has completely knocked my socks off with its flavor explosion! The Rocky Road was so airy I could've devoured a tub, and the Strawberry burst with fresh fruit goodness-definitely a must-try for anyone wandering around Catalina!
