My absolute favorite dish here is the "Tacos de Vapor de Chicharron"! The savory flavors of the red and green salsas perfectly complement the assorted fillings. Every bite takes me back to the bustling streets of Monterrey, where I first fell in love with these delectable tacos. The drive may be long, but the taste of nostalgia and comfort is well worth the journey.
