The HEP Spot is a lively swing event held twice a month at the Veterans Museum in Balboa Park, featuring live music and dancing starting at 6PM. The beginner-friendly lesson at 5PM is beneficial for dancers of all levels, with a usual attendance of around 20 people. The venue, though warm in summer, offers ample free parking and an interesting setting surrounded by museum exhibits.
