I love the hot ramen from this place! They also have great appetizers to munch on! I recommend the shoyu ramen and the shrimp dumplings. I thought the ramen at Uma Uma was great! The shio ramen was super tasty and I felt like the veggie broth paired with the marinated cooked beef went very well together. I also heard the tonkotsu ramen was tasty as well.
