In 2020, the market was relocated to the Agricultural Society field to accommodate social distancing measures. As I visited the bustling Saturday market in both mid-July and October, I noticed a stark contrast in the abundance of produce between the two months, with the July market boasting a wider variety. Despite the absence of root vegetables and late-season produce in October, the market remained a popular hub for the community, offering an array of ready-to-eat foods and artisanal products, though notably missing fresh fish. The layout with ample parking and a one-way walking path proved practical for visitors, although it posed challenges for those seeking to backtrack through the vibrant stalls.
