The portions here are generous, especially the rice dishes, and the flavors really hit the mark-though the papaya salad was insanely spicy and a bit too salty for me. The fried salmon belly and pho French dip stand out as some of the best bites I've had in Portland, and the beignets with pandan glaze are seriously addictive.

The food at White Elephant is simply fantastic. The dishes we tried, like the waterfall beef and salt & pepper shrimp, were bursting with delicious flavors and perfectly seasoned. The fried salmon belly was a standout, with its crunchy, salty, and decadent goodness - definitely one of the best bites I've had in Portland!
