Can’t get order right after being told 3 times

I am sending this email out of concern for your customers. Yesterday myself, my husband, my daughter and son n law and my two grandchildren ( age 6 and 9) was at your restaurant for dinner, got there at 5 pm and left around 6:40 pm and ate in the patio. As we was leaving there was a lady on the porch as well right by the walk way to get out and she had her Great Dane dog with her, as we all walked by, that was only exit on patio the Great Dane lunged at my grand son n nipped him in ear, did not break the skin, HOWEVER it scared my grandson VERY much as well as his parents and me. The owner stands up and grabbs the dog and tried to get my grandson to give the dog a treat and states that she has been taking the dog to obedience school and he is learning behavior. Well the dog just nipped (and growled loudly ) at my grandson why would he want to give him a treat ????? I am very thankful that his juries are minor HOWEVER you need to NOT ALLOW this kind of behavior at your restaurant. This could be a letter coming from my attorney if things had been any worse. We will not be eating there again IF we see her on the patio in the future. Thank you.

Great family restaurant. Good food, good prices, good surroundings....GOOD PEOPLE!
