I went to this place on 3/19/2021 right after lunch. This place wasn't crowded at all. It took the greeter 10 mins to greet me and then she asked if I wanted a high booth . I said no I preferred a lower table. She said ok let me get one for you. She walked over to the bar, took orders from 3 tables and then at that point the girl from the takeout asked if I needed help. I told her I was waiting for a seat. She go find the greeter and then I was seated. I sat another 15 mins and my waiter walked by me 3 times and didn't ask for a drink order, didn't say I will be with you shortly and really didn't look my way. I've been to this place for dine in before and it wasn't bad. Poor customer service and I won't ever grace my presence here again. Absolutely unprofessional

Dante is the worst manager, order online to be deliver and left clear instructions for gate code and delivery person left food at the entrance of neighborhood (can't confirm she did), Dante promised to give me my $70 refund but just avoided my calls, had to dispute the charge through my credit card since he wasn't man at all to show his face. Never ordering from this place again, my son loves going there every other week, he'll now go to the one on Suwanee, much better service.
