Costa Vida Brigham City offers delicious options, but it can get busy during peak hours. The Cali surf vibe adds a nice touch to the dining experience. The menu items like the raspberry chicken and horchata are definitely worth trying.

Staff was over the top nice and accommodating! Our food looked like the pictures, obviously this place takes pride in their work. Cleanest restaurant we've ever eaten in!!!

Second Friday we ate here, both nights they ran out of chicken. They said it would be 7 min. Well....triple that. The manager had to refund someone's $ because they said they waited to long. No eye contact was made on his part, then he went over to flip the chicken, and used the exact yellow handle tongs that the young man used to place the raw chicken on the grill!!! He ought to know better!
They were short staffed....again, tables were a mess, etc. The two girls and boys up front were busting their buns, and apologized for the wait. This has been our Friday night "go to", but we're questioning weather to give it a third chance.....Also, no pumpkin cookies insight......
