Pizza was burnt and horrible service

Gary the store manager is indifferent to customers. he smirks when the pizza is over 30 minutes late for pick up. I ordered/payed online. App said arrive in 50 minutes. got to store told to wait 10 minutes, well 10 minutes later was told again wait 10 minutes. it wasn't available for another 10 minutes. It was the missing the flavored crust, and dark brown crust, Gary said it is suppose to look like it is almost burnt. go to Milano's they don't make you wait 30 minutes after telling you the time to pick up the pie and they don't almost burn the pie. they don't smirk and b-llsh-t also. worst pizza I've had from this store. will not order from them again. will not follow friends advice for this place.
