This review comes after at least 10 visits to Fire at the Ridge over a 6 month period. The food is a little better than good and the view is excellent. Unfortunately the staff needs training in customer service. Service is slow and staff is unequipped to handle simple customer encounters. There is a discrepancy between seating reservation policy and the website. Upon attempting to give constructive feedback in person to the owner Sean Hayes, he informed us that the website does not need to be updated. After pulling out a cell phone and offering to show him, he accused us, seated customers ordering food and drinks, that we needed to "refresh our browsers" as if we were born in the 1890's. He then got loud and angry with us and stormed off while throwing his hands in the air with inaudible verbal attacks. Until major change is made to the way they do business, Fire at the Ridge is off my dining list.
