Fujiyama serves some of the freshest and most flavorful sushi in Midland, with generous portions and a menu full of delicious options like the Fuji roll, black dragon roll, and incredible fried rice. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making every visit feel comfortable and enjoyable whether it's for a quick lunch or a relaxed date night.
