I tried the tuna Pokí© and chicken with rice, and was really impressed by how fresh everything tasted. The Bao Bun with marinated pork was tender and flavorful, though I might skip the cucumber slaw next time because of the strong vinegary sauce. The staff were super friendly, the service was fast, and the variety of sushi and bowls makes it easy to find something delicious to enjoy again.

As a first-time visitor to Fusian, I was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients, particularly enjoying the custom rolls I created with roasted chicken and veggies. The service was quick and friendly, making for an enjoyable experience, and I look forward to returning to try more of their offerings, especially the Bao Bun.
