Hansa's cozy atmosphere with lots of natural light and friendly staff makes it my favorite spot to enjoy creative seasonal lattes and get some work done while soaking up the local vibe. Between the delicious drinks like the autumn harvest chai and tasty pastries, plus the welcoming service, it's become a regular stop whenever I'm in Lake Bluff.

I have been to both locations and always found the staff to be rude. Also, they used to have better selection of gf and vegan bakery items, it seems things have gone down hill. Plenty of other options around town.
