Harold's Chicken is one of my favorites, even if the service can be a bit slow most of the time. The food is consistently good, and the new staff members have been pretty great, making the experience enjoyable. I just wish the cashier would lighten up; it's tough to deal with a rude attitude when you're craving some crispy chicken gizzards.

I appreciate the delicious chicken at Harold's and find the service to be generally good, especially with staff like Diamond and the cooks I encountered on my last visit. While the wait can be a bit long, the quality of the food makes it worth it, and I look forward to returning whenever I'm in the area.
