Coffee was good as was some berry, banana concoction that is unique
to this place. Parking easy however the place plays music ( The 4 Seasons) quite loudly--hard to hear my friend talk.

Literally the worst customer service experience of my life, bar none. I left in tears after a back and fourth confrontation with owner. I ordered a hot cafe mocha and recieved a frozen mocha drink. At first i thought they gave me an iced cafe mocha so i took it any way. After trying it and realizing there was no coffee in it i wanted to return it for my money back. This started an argument where the owner insisted i didn't know what i wanted or what i was talking about. He kept saying "im Italian, i know coffee!" What your asking for doesn't exist..(all i wanted was coffee or espresso milk and chocolate) i tried to explain how to make it espresso hot milk and usually coco powder or syrup but insisted "i didn't knowwhat i wanted" AND then to make it worse and more embarrassing he turned it into a "training moment" to his employee telling them they should ask the customer to specify what they want before talking an order, and while I'm standing right there continues on saying "she didn't know what she wanted so it would be impossible for you to know.." I understand im not from Brooklyn but i have traveled and when i ask for a cafe mocha any where else i get a cafe mocha..maybe he wanted me to call it a mochacinno?(i think some people call it that) but it's ridiculous he had no idea what i wanted or what i was talking about
I just moved to Brooklyn from Maine to be with family, i love the neighborhood and was so disappointed by this experience. I had wanted to try this coffee shop as a live right down the street and would have been a regular stop had things went well but just can't believe the way i was treated. It's no wonder there is never anyone there, but i get it now..really its a shame. Such a cute place withso much potential but just don't know how to treat people. I believe we had a misunderstanding but this man was so full of himself he couldn't even give it the opportunity hear what i was saying instead went out of his way to try and make me feel stupid.
