love the food

We had a wonderful meal here this week: borscht, Georgian Pirhoshka, lamb and beef kebabs, breads, and more. Simply delicious, well-prepared and carefully served. I can't imagine what this restaurant is doing in the wilds of Central Pennsylvania (where I grew up), buit we were delighted to have lunch there. In an area surrounded by Mennonite and Amish farms, horse-drawn buggies, and mountainous countryside....The chef brought the food to our table, along with the waitress , who is Armenian. I couldn't help thinking of my friend, Redjeb Jordania, the first Georgian I ever knew; he would have loved it.
