I tried the shrimp po'boy, which featured 8-10 lightly breaded shrimp with aioli on soft, buttered bread, and it was both delicious and filling. The salmon BLT had two generous cuts of salmon that were incredibly flavorful, and the attentive, skilled cooking made the entire experience memorable; I look forward to trying the weekly specials and the Sunday wing deal.
