The Caesar dressing at Le Petit Chef is simply the best I've ever had, and I truly hope they reopen somewhere else or resume operations once offices are back in full swing because their salads and home-cooked meals are consistently fantastic, making it one of the best lunch spots in Hartford.

Does anyone have any information as to what happened to him. Prior to covid he was open on Temple Street but hasn't been seen since. His homemade Caesar dressing was unique and best I ever taste. I miss him.
