Paul's is an absolute gem for pizza lovers who crave thin, crunchy crusts. Despite my preference for fluffy crusts, I've always found joy in every pizza I've savored at Paul's, especially after a long hike, paired with a cold beer - a truly satisfying experience.

These guys have a big problem with burning their food...Then they ask if you want another meal...last week we ordered two chicken parmigianas to go, my husband brought them home and both meals had burned chicken, because of the distance, we scraped and dug around and salvaged what we could, ate the pasta that comes with it and the wonderful sauce, the meals however were a let down...this has happened many times with their pizzas and we just scrape and deal with it...we thought we would give it another chance, and ordered the chicken parmigiana, only one order this time, got it home and chicken was burned again both sides two filets ...I am I/2 Italian and we are proud of our food and very proud of the presentation, so it really doesn't make sense that it is okay with management to put out this level of food...but I can see why it happens, they don't give your money back, even after seeing the burned food, they give a store credit so they don't lose a thing. If they gave money back then they might hold the people who damage the food to a higher standard and actually might train someone how to use a timer...by not giving money back, the only people who lose are the customers, who now are forced to take yet another chance with an order and don't have the choice to spend their money elsewhere...We love Italian food and these guys use to be better, the charring use to be few and far between...hope things change, but after we use the credit, it will be a very long time before we gamble again...
