We had the worst customer experience at the Medford Hoover AL location tonight. Shut this one down or replace staff with a better attitude. This location already owes use 5 sausage biscuits, 10 breakfast burritos over the past two years and to add my experience tonight it just iced the cake to never visit this location EVER. However, I know this location want loose sleep from our business, but, one thing for sure I'll get my customer service point of view, which is Right. Run from this location, it's the worst!!!
