The inviting aroma of roasting chicken drew me in, and I was not disappointed by the Peruvian chicken's moist and flavorful taste. The fries, generously smothered in gravy, paired perfectly with the aromatic rice. Despite the ample serving of pollo saltado, I found myself craving more of the delectable dish.
