I called on a SATURDAY night to order two large pizzas at 8:30pm! It's December 28th 2019, and there is 8 minutes remaining in the college football playoff game before halftime! Perfect timing to get a pizza right? NOPE! Not with this place! They wanted to "shut the kitchen down early tonight so the poor widdle cooks wouldn't be too tired for work the next morning," is what they told me for their reasonings for shutting down early! Must be nice to own your own business and be so blessed with so much business that you have the luxury to close early and turn a paying customer away for business. God bless and good luck NewYork Pizza and Pasta! You just lost a patron for closing "EARLY" on one of the biggest football nights in the US! If it were me, I'd stay open an extra HOUR on a night like tonight! Where has the customer service gone in our society today folks???? Seriously, I know we are human, and are lazy and make mistakes, but you can't go ANYWHERE in this sad little place called Tyler TX to get good service!! If you know of a good pizza place who makes good "New York" style pizza and actually cares about making a profit and making their customers happy, PLEASE let me know where that place is!!! Thanks for nothing!
Ps-it took me 5 minutes to write this review and there's STILL 15 minutes BEFORE they are posted online to CLOSE!
