The service was horrible. Waited almost 7 minutes at drive thru just to be told part of my order had a 5 min cook time and to pull down. After waiting and seeing at least three cars behind me leave, I went in to see what was going on. I encountered a very rude and unprofessional manager who told me that I had only been waiting 6 minutes. Keep in mind that the receipts are time stamped! I told her that that was not true and I was told at the drive thru there was a 5 minute wait almost 10 minutes ago. She said ,well we just dropped the chicken tenders. I asked why did the drive thru attendant say 5 minutes. The manager replied, I told her to say that.
I then asked for a refund. Very unprofessional! Never again!! If there was a option for 0,
I would have selected that.
