Today, I tried a small bowl of menudo and a barbacoa taco at this eatery. Being particular about the greasiness of these dishes, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavors and non-greasy quality. The menudo had diced meat and hominy, while the barbacoa taco had a perfect balance of taste and texture. The warm ambience and friendly service added to the overall positive dining experience.
