One of the best sushi bars I've ever visited in the states, smack dab in the middle of li'l ol' La Grange, Kentucky.

I've been coming here since 2015, and I haven't ever tried anything that didn't taste incredible. Troy is a fantastic chef, and so is his mom. There are places in Louisville that are more expensive and have a more chic atmosphere, but the sushi that Raw produces time and time again is lightyears ahead of any other sushi place in the area.

The Tuna Poke rivals the Poke I got in Hawaii. DELICIOUS, & I highly recommend it!
