During my recent visit to the Four Points Sheraton Hotel Greenway, I dined at the Upper Kirby Tap Room, which has a relaxed yet sporty ambiance. While the food, including the Cobb Salad, was enjoyable, the service was inconsistent, as I had to wait longer than expected for my meal. Observing the happy hour, it appeared lively with guests enjoying drinks, though my own experience was overshadowed by issues with service and payment.
