Never order curbside. 6 incidents now of arriving on time or later and food is never ready. You text here and then you sit and wait, text again, sit and wait. Get fed up, go in to get food, and it's not ready and everyone is surprised you're standing there. On the 5th attempt a manager was involved so it was good.
Order curbside again thinking they had it figured out. Wrong. Texted twice. Nothing. Go in again. The say it's almost ready (yet again 15 minutes after promised). But this time I got the added bonus of an extremely arrogant and dismissive attitude from an employee who seems to think this whole situation is my problem. Really?
Congrats.....I gave you multiple chances. Now I'm never returning because this employee who gave me attitude and knows I've been having a problem is one of the kitchen food preparation staff, and I'm not letting this jerk handle my food, so I'm out. I'm canceling my rewards program and finding another place. It's really unfortunate because their burgers are good and most of their employees are kind. It only takes one rotten apple.
In conclusion, never returning because they can't get a curbside order complete and to your car and one employee who gave me crap over his lack of common sense.
Once a week customer gone.........
