The menu on line is not Garibaldi's. I'm a regular, and their food is excellent. Probably the best fish in town. Garlic bread, too. Servers are professional, but friendly. Call for the real menu and daily specials.

Unfamiliar with Carson City, we headed for the heart of the original city (to avoid chain restaurants) for lunch. Happily, four locals directed us to, and shouted out, "Garibaldi's!" There, we had the most exquisite Fettuccini Alfredo we have ever had! The wonderful bouncy noodles were cooked al dente (as requested), and the sauce will n-e-v-e-r be able to be improved upon! A scant secret ingredient boosts it's flavor to sumptuously savory levels, and there is nothing like it ~ even in San Francisco! Our waitress was wonderfully engaging, as well! So, if we ever pass this way again, we will stop in, though we will add their legendary garlic bread that we heard about that evening, from a local in Gardnerville! I would never throw my money away on an Olive Garden, as they cook from cans. We stick with family-owned and scratch-made... and it pays off in spades!

We eat there all the time when we want a fabulous meal in Carson. Neither one of us have ever had a meal that wasn't awesome. Sean & Katrina are amazing!

I had the Pizza and Salad lunch special. The salad was a 5 star, but the Pizza was not very good. I had chicken as a topping and it was tasteless with the tomato sauce on Pizza was very thin and also had no taste. This pizza needed more spice and it's sauce needs a lesson from Prego.
