I ordered 4 subs for delivery. Upon arrival, I realized I didn't not receive my pickle spears or cookies. I called the manager and she said if I came to the store to buy whole pickles, she would give me the cookies.
I also requested the red peppers to be on the side but they put it on the sandwich and when the sandwiches were delivered, they were sloppy, the bread was soggy, and the wrap was tearing.
I will not order from there again

Thia sandwich shop was EXCELLENT when it first opened, but has changed hands twice since the original owners. The menu is focused on chicken, which is ok if you love chicken and the help, one woman in particular, do not speak english very well and so the whole transaction is just too much of a pain in the butt to deal with. Wish Jim and Sue would take it back over.
