Please note that this review is for the restaurant, not the candy store, which people seem to enjoy. In terms of the restaurant, this place is to be avoided at all costs. I went there with my family. The food was fair, but the bald guy with tattoos (cook? manager? owner?) was totally out of control and ruined our visit. I don't know what brought it on, but he came out of the kitchen, screamed obscenities (the f word) at a customer that she wasn't to treat his employee that way, threw her receipt on the table, told her and her party to leave and threatened to call the police when she tried to speak with him. This shocked me as I had stood in line with the woman and she had kindly entertained my little girl (who called her a "nice big lady") by showing her the butterflies on her socks. When the guy threw the tantrum, the woman looked absolutely gob smacked. She looked at me and gave me the "what is he talking about?" palms up gesture, which I returned. She then cleaned up the table where her party had been sitting, threw away the trash and left as ordered. She was far more polite than I would have been. It was interesting that another customer also seemed perturbed by the man's action, as she knocked over the cup of water left on the woman's table before leaving. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, give this one a pass.
