Sunday June 6th 2121....Order 4 burgers and 4 fries one of the fries was a curly fries. When home found out that they forgot the curly fries. When back and went inside and was told to leave as no one was allowed inside the restaurant...if so why is your door open then...ok when back through the drive thru and told them that they forgot my curly fries and waited until my car pulled up and the young girl that took my order when I first came through and served the car before us was no where to be found...Really this is the Service that deserves $15.00 and hour. So after waiting about 1 min another young lady came to the window and said $30.50 please. I said no no no I am here for the curly fries that was missing from my order. She asked the size and after 15 sec came back with my curly fries. My wife came with me and by the time we came home her food was cold. NEVER COMING BACK to this Jack in the box!. No one even apologized for the mistake. Great Customer Service JACK IN THE BOX! If you come to this Jack in the box please check your order before you drive off because you may be missing something that you paid for! Warned Ya!
