The pupusas at El Paisano in Sun Valley were a pleasant surprise for me. The flavors were authentic and the service was welcoming. While the curtido could use a bit more flavor, the overall experience was satisfying. It's a great spot to enjoy some traditional Salvadoran dishes in the area.
