Service was very very slow. Food was good but everyone in our party did not get food at same time. Did not appear to be following COVID policies. Restaurant was crowded and I severed employees removing masks as entered back food prep area

I train near Pahrump sometimes between two and four day stretches at at a time. Every night me and my buddies eat at Red Sky when we're in Pahrump. It's easily the best place in town.
