Sushi Tower captivated me with its tender filet mignon and perfectly cooked chicken, complemented by a flavorful salad dressing that left me finishing every bite. The sushi rolls, especially the Monica and Boston rolls, impressed with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of rice, while the yellowtail with jalapeño and yuzu sauce delivered a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
