Being from the East Coast, finding a truly authentic Italian deli in Vegas has always been a challenge, but Roma on Spring Mountain nails it with their perfectly crusty yet chewy bread and fresh, cold meats and veggies. The atmosphere feels like a cozy mom-and-pop joint where everyone speaks Italian, and the service is warm and attentive, making every visit feel like a special family gathering.
