Benchtop Brewing offers a diverse and creative beer selection, from crisp pilsners to adventurous sours and flavorful gose variations, all served with attentive and friendly service in a laid-back atmosphere. While the rotating food trucks add convenience, I found the dining options sometimes uneven, but the ample indoor and outdoor seating, along with a welcoming vibe, make it a solid stop for both casual tastings and small group gatherings.

Met up with a friend and decided to swing by Benchtop Brewing for the first time. We noticed a taco truck scheduled for Saturday and that sealed the deal for us. Arrived at 12:05 on Saturday and saw a few guests already there, which felt like a good sign. The staff were attentive and they had a variety of beer styles available, from pilsners to stouts. The food truck was a bit underwhelming, but overall it was a nice spot to hang out.
