They got my order wrong I went inside ' gave me what I ordered I had to ask do I get money back they gave me money back

KFC as long as they have been in business STILL CANT GET AN ORDER CORRECT. Even when I go in the store and speak it face to face to the low grade employees they con in to working here.. They just cant get it right... WHY---OH--WHY.. are they still in business??????
