We recently dined at the Henderson Sunset Casino and Hotel Grand Cafí©, where the pancakes were surprisingly unique-thin and fluffy, unlike the crispy variety we usually prefer. The service was exceptional, with our waitress Bridget being both gracious and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable, and I'm definitely planning to return for the delicious bananas Foster French toast and those amazing sugar cookies!
