The Chef at this Roberto's location works tirelessly and is always friendly despite being the sole worker during my visits. The food here is good, although I wish it was served hotter and the team could benefit from better organization. Despite its unconventional location within a gas station, this Roberto's remains one of my preferred spots due to the freshness of their dishes and the perfectly cooked beef tongue. The service, particularly from Analilia M, has made this my new go-to place, and I recommend giving it a try if you're in the area and craving delicious Mexican food.
