If you find yourself in Las Vegas, make sure to check out this wonderful Chinese restaurant inside the Wynn. The perfectly steamed seabass with miso glaze and delicious dim sum always impresses, and the service is attentive and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the BBQ pork buns and the mushroom medley, which added to a lovely dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.
