Walking in, the warm, festive ambiance with colorful murals immediately set a welcoming tone, and the attentive service only enhanced the experience. The house-made chips paired with vibrant salsa were a perfect start, while the generous pork tamales and flavorful tacos-especially the tender carnitas and crispy chicken-delivered authentic Mexican comfort with every bite. Although the carne asada fell short with its chewiness, the standout menudo, spicy margaritas, and consistent quality across dishes make this a culinary destination worth returning to again and again.

Their tamales are GREAT! They are stuffed with meat. Unlike most tamales that are mostly masa, these are mostly meat. . I tried both the chicken & pork. The chicken were my favorite. We ended up going back the next morning for breakfast. Great Menudo as well.
